The TLEX workshops invite participants to explore interesting facts about the mind and to experience the power of the breath on their overall wellbeing.
Today's world is complex, demanding and constantly changing. The possibility of rapid change and communication not only opens up new opportunities, but also leads to higher performance, demands and a growing workload. What can be done when high potential individuals need to continue to perform at top speed and under challenging, ever-changing circumstances? How can they uphold a high level of performance, and at the same time stay calm, relaxed and focused?
The TLEX workshops teach participants how to keep a balance between mental and physical activity and relaxation, so they can stay healthy and effective in the long run, even under the most challenging of circumstances.

This 2-day program suits total meditation newbies and more advanced practitioners alike.
Home port of Svanhild is at Pohjoisranta 8, a walking distance from main railway station of Helsinki, Finland.
Our journey will begin on Saturday 7.7. at 09:00 with a breakfast before hoisting the sails. We will return to the same port on following day by 19:00.
Sailing is ALL inclusive.
